2. Decorate their desk the night before the big day with red and white crape paper, red balloons and a special sign.
3. Get other co-workers to aid you in your decorating.
4. Laugh heartily at your cleverness.
5. On the actual day, take pictures of said BYU fan with their UTE birthday decor.
6. Enjoy!
