As you know, I HATE the rouge shopping carts. I think that people are so lazy and can't seem to walk them an extra 10 - 20 steps to put them in the return area. These were Costco carts which means they are bulkier and take up more space when just left in the parking spots.

Those poor shopping carts-- they're just having their daily support group, to deal with their abandonment issues. Some of the more aggressive ones are conspiring against us humans.
Kate, it totally irks me too, especially when these people park their shopping carts on the closed side of the shopping cart return. Seriously, people?!
